Can you make the stick fly? This one-of-a-kind activity forces the participants to change their approach as the game progresses. To start with, the participants are given a simple challenge. The activity becomes more difficult as many minds are applied at the same time. We conduct this activity in 3 phases. Each phase brings more clarity to the participants when completing the task. Situational leadership is what we are looking at here. Each phase will have a small brief and a debrief. The participants are on a roller coaster journey of success and failure, eventually leading to success!
